Mind over Matter September 1, 2010 Marie This book was recommended to me by my therapist, I started seenig her a few weeks back after my sister passed away suddenly. My Husband left me over a year ago and I had not realised how much an impact the the break up had on my personal life. I believe this book was written for me, I find it very helpfull especially in understanding my feelings of loss,& is helping me gain back the self esteem that I once had.I was slowly sinking into a deep state of depressed was pushig all the people who cared for me away.
I would highly reccommend it.
A BIG 10 out of 10.
Marie.

Self Help That's Not For Dummies June 23, 2010 Mr. C. J. Walley (UK) This is one of the better self help books available. The book has a clear task based structure which is applied, chapter by chapter, to a range of different case studies. If anything the book really helps you rationalise your moods and behaviour by encouraging you to reflect on the cause.
Excellent book June 11, 2010 Mrs. Anita Mottley (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I used this book 2 years ago and have recommended it to several people even buying it for a couple of friends. If you know you don't want to go down the drugs route and you really want to help understand your thoughts I highly recommend this book. Yes it takes time to go through but it is a work book and by the end of it you will notice yourself examining your thoughts and deciding whether or not you have a basis for the way you're thinking.
