I bought this for a wedding present along with a slow cooker, the couple have been really pleased with it as they are out at work all day and have enjoyed trying out the different recipes.

A great book. As the author says there is no need for all that marinading before cooking as the slow cooker releases all the spices. The author uses authentic recipes and adapts them for the slow cooker. I have cooked curries for many years and have used many of the recipes and all have worked really well. The only thing for me is that my slow cooker cooks quite high so I have had to reduce cooking time but that is something that I would have to do with any slow cooker recipe.
It has cut down the prep time for me considerably and we now enjoy gorgeous curries at the end of the day at the touch of a button! Highly recommended!

It's ok, could have been more inventive though. It is very useful for timing other dishes with similar ingredients.

I love this book, tried the chilli and quite a few of the curry recipes, all timings are perfect and the food tastes amazing, especially love the beef red thai curry, wow. The only downside was the lack of pictures which usually dictates which books I buy but when I looked at the recipes they were very appealing, all ingredients I have in the store cupboard.

I first came across this little book when a friend lent it to me. I was so impressed by the simplicity of it and the fact thaty when you returned from a day out you were met with the wonderful spicy aromas. So easy for all abilities.
