If you want to get an idea of what your child is or should be doing and achieving at school, this set is great, clear to follow and in a format your child will be familiar with. Very good value.

Well, the government has finally realised that Key Stage 2 tests are bad in that they create the 'wrong' idea about education and place too much emphasis upon Literacy, Maths and Science at the expense of other areas. Well, actually it is SCHOOLS that place too much emphasis upon 'doing well' in the SAT's league tables and parents who worry about where 'their' school is on the list! The papers in this pack are pretty good - especially the English ones. Speaking as a private tutor with students of all ages I can say confidently that these papers provide a firm foundation for entering Year 7 at 'big' school, and make excellent and relevant homework for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils.
